water through the circulation pump. If there is no water flowing from the jets, the pumps need to

be primed to eliminate air lock.

Caution: Make sure that all pumps are free of air locks when power is turned on. When

filling your hot tub for the first time or, after draining and refilling your hot tub, E6 error message

may appear on the LCD display of topside control panel. Please be advised that air locking of

the pumps may occur in this case. This is uncommon, but you need to bleed air from the pumps.

To relieve an airlock situation, please follow the steps below:

1) Turn the pump off by shutting off the power to your hot tub at the main breaker panel.

2) Remove the synthetic cabinet panels on the side of the hot tub to access the pumps.

3) Loosen the pump unions until you hear all the air escapes and water starts to drip out (See

Figure 1).

4) Once water drips out in a continuous stream, hand tightens the unions until the water stops

leaking.

5) Turn on the pump to make sure that there are no leaks.

6) Reinstall the cabinet side panel.
